Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Conveyra (“the Platform”), operated by Conveyra, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including lead buyers (“Buyers” or “Contractors”) and visitors.
2. Important Disclaimers
Please Read Carefully:
- Conveyra is a lead generation and delivery platform. We are NOT a licensed real estate brokerage or agent.
- We do not provide real estate, legal, or financial advice.
- Lead data is derived from publicly available information and third-party sources. All property information, valuations, and cost estimates are approximations only.
- You should independently verify all lead information before making business decisions.
3. Description of Services
Conveyra is a technology platform that detects homeowner service needs from publicly available sources (including storm reports, property activity records, and property ownership information) and delivers qualified leads to licensed contractors and service professionals. Our services include:
- Detection and qualification of homeowner service needs from publicly available information
- AI-powered lead scoring and intent verification
- Lead delivery to Buyers via dashboard, email, and API
- Exclusive and shared lead distribution within defined territories
- Lead quality monitoring and credit issuance for verified bad leads
Important: Conveyra provides lead information only. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a closed sale or completed project. Lead conversion depends on Buyer performance, market conditions, and homeowner decisions.
4. User Accounts
To purchase leads, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information, including valid business credentials
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse lead data.
5. Lead Buyer Obligations
Buyers using our platform agree to the following:
- Leads are for your own business use only. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing lead data with third parties is prohibited.
- You will contact homeowners in a professional and lawful manner, complying with all applicable telemarketing, TCPA, and do-not-call regulations.
- You will maintain all licenses and insurance required for your trade in the jurisdictions where you operate.
- You will respond to leads promptly and in good faith.
- You will not use lead data to harass, spam, or engage in deceptive practices.
6. Fees, Payments, and Billing
Lead pricing is transparent and disclosed before purchase. Pricing varies by vertical, market, lead score, and exclusivity level. Current pricing is available at conveyrainc.com/pricing.
- Leads are charged at the time of delivery or purchase.
- Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. Lead purchases within a plan are charged per lead.
- Auto-accept Buyers authorize Conveyra to charge their payment method on file for leads that match their configured preferences.
- All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as described in our Lead Quality & Credit Policy.
Fees shown on our pricing page are Conveyra platform fees only and are subject to change with notice to active subscribers.
7. Lead Quality Guarantee & Credits
We stand behind our lead quality. If a lead does not meet our quality standards, you may request a credit under the following terms:
- Dispute window: You must submit a dispute within 48 hours of lead delivery.
- Credit grounds: Invalid or disconnected contact information, incorrect property match (wrong address or non-existent property), homeowner outside your service area, or duplicate lead already delivered to your account.
- Credit process: Submit disputes through your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Verified bad leads receive a full credit applied to your account. Credits are valid for 180 days from the date of issue.
- Not eligible: Leads where the homeowner was reached but declined service, leads where the Buyer failed to make contact, or disputes submitted after the 48-hour window.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, scoring models, data enrichment processes, and proprietary technology on the Platform are owned by Conveyra, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our written consent.
Lead data delivered to you is licensed for your business use only, subject to the restrictions in Section 5.
9. Data Retention & Privacy
We retain account and transaction data for the duration of your account plus 7 years to comply with tax and legal obligations. Lead data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting [email protected], subject to our legal retention requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONVEYRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOST PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Conveyra in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Limitation of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND ALL LEADS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that lead data will be error-free, that all leads will result in sales, or that the Platform will be available without interruption.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Conveyra, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including TCPA and telemarketing laws; or (d) your interactions with homeowners contacted through leads purchased on the Platform.
13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through informal negotiation by contacting [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall take place in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Each party shall bear its own costs. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your access to the Platform and any undelivered leads will cease.
- Unused credits remain valid and may be redeemed within 90 days of termination by contacting support.
- Sections 8 (IP), 10 (Liability), 11 (Warranties), 12 (Indemnification), and 13 (Arbitration) survive termination.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our services are currently available in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas metropolitan area.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active users of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
